Introduction weekend – get a taste of our 200 hr Yoga teacher training
During this 3 days intensive introduction weekend we give you a full experience of what our 200 hrs yoga teachers training offers. You can get a good impression to understand the variety of skills and teachings that are in our unique and intensive program. You will learn about asanas, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, yogic diet, yoga philosophy and body anatomy. After this weekend you can decide if you like to continue in the full 200 hr teacher training ( total 5 weekend of 3 days).

Location:
Estate Jagtlust, a yoga studio in authentic barn ‘De Veldschuur’ Leeuwenlaan 44, ‘s Graveland, Netherlands & guesthouse De Zanderij surrounded by ecological garden and lush gardens and forest.
Small groups (10 max) to support individual development.
Time : 9 am to 6.30 pm (all 3 days of the weekends)
PRICE Inner Alchemy program
€ 2500,- p.p. for 5 x 3 days trainingweekends (200 HR program).
Possbile payment in equal amounts € 500,- p.p. for each trainingsweekend.
The trainings introductionweekend is extra with 2 nights stay over in guesthouse costs Euro 699,- p.p.

Our trainings enable you to explore the spiritual journey within, using authentic and traditional yogic tools which you can share with the world.
The complete 200 hr yoga teachertraining is a one year course spread over six weekends (including the introduction weekend) of in person training with ample time over weeks to help you completely immerse yourself in practice and absorb all the fundamentals and teachings.
